I've done Dry January's, eliminating alcohol for periods of time, saying I wouldn't drink..

It took me 20 years, but I learned that REAL CHANGE doesn't come from a diet or a program that just tells you what to do.

I undid 20 years of this on again off again behavior, through coaching. I finally stopped looking to things outside of me for the answer and began learning how to look at my own thoughts and mind for the solution. I learned how to feel my feelings instead of wanting to escape them.

And when I did this, my whole life changed, very fast, and now I don't ever over-drink, I've permanently lost 55 lbs, improved my relationships, make more money, and am living the life I have always wanted.

Inside the member's only website you will find a Quick Start Guide and videos to jump-start you to stop over-drinking right away.

You will also have access to the 'modules' of the program. Every month, of the 6-month program, we take a deep dive into one area of focus (see below for examples).

Videos and a monthly workbook are located inside the modules.

Additionally, all of the LIVE coaching calls (2-3 per week) are recorded and uploaded inside the members-only, password-protected website.

Hours and hours of past coaching calls are available for you to watch on demand.
